They do care about you as a person. We have a dog and it is very difficult and stressfull the process of looking for a house. With them it was completely stressfree. It was so smooth and easy that we hardly believed it. In the same day we viewed the house, made an offer and received an answer straight away. Not all agencies can boast efficiency but they certainly can!
