Knights Property

I'm a tenant of knights property's I'm very out raged for how I've been treated since being in this property of there's. Charging me £50 a months to cover my rent yet I've recently found out though the local council I only pay half of that £50. Plus I've had nothing but problems with the property cold damp roof all I can say is look at other angeny for property's in Heanor this company is not all above board

After having a number of issues with my previous lettings agents i was recommended knights by a friend and decided to give them ago. Well 14months in and i have had no problems, everything has run smoothly. They dealt with the transfer of the management from the previous agents so I had nothing to worry about. i would recommend to other landlords in my situation

Worst letting agent I've ever known, left us with an unusable unsafe garden for well over a year, constantly being fobbed off with "we'll chase it" .disgusting.

Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly and efficient.

Worst agency out there. Had dozens of serious problems with electrics damp water pouring in house and they do nothing at all even contacting them every month to try and sort problems . I urge all people to never go with this agency.
