I lived in a shared accommodation in a great location next to the town centre. The house it’s self was in great condition very clean plenty off space, the kitchen area was always clean and tidy, there was plenty of shower/ bathrooms once clean. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. I would recommend this place or any of Their properties to stay in. All the house mates were friendly. Once again I would like to thank Paul & Maddy for been fabulous landlords nothing was a problem, finally I would say that if I am back working in Preston I will be contacting Paul & Maddy.

Paul is an incredible landlord, I've lived in 2 of his properties and am honestly devastated to be leaving completely. The rooms are modern and furnished nicely, the properties are maintained well and nothing is too much trouble. I really recommend Paul as a landlord and his properties to live in, he's just a really great guy and the properties are all lovely

Paul was my landlord for 3 years and I had a great time renting one of his rooms within a shared house. Always asked for our input on how to improve the house or to cater to our needs and quickly delivered on our wishes.

Extremely friendly and helpful from the get go. they where always highly receptive to issues for all tenants ensuring that any problems where resolved efficiently and in everybody’s best interests. Furthermore, the quality and price of the rooms are miles better than anything else in the Preston area based on my personal experiences, Thanks for everything guys 👍

Paul is the best landlord I have ever had and their accommodations are very nice. Very chill guy and Maddy is great as well. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend.

Complete disaster. 1 star because I can’t give 0.
I had arranged a room with Paul and I was ready to move in a Saturday, but two days before he sent me a message saying the room was no longer available.
He left me without anywhere to go and he didn’t care a little, not responding to my messages or calls.
I don’t recommend this place, you will have problems, and you will not have a helpful landlord.

In response to your answer... It says very little of you. I confirmed you that I wanted that room the same day we had the viewing. You told me you will email me all the details. I asked you many times to pay the deposit to secure the room at that same moment, that same day, but you told me to trust you... So i confirmed you that i wanted the room, but because is not in writing I suppose I can´t prove it. I shouldn't have trust you.
I´m happy that it didn't work out, because your trust is worthless. You left me without anywhere to go two days before moving in.

I had a wonderful experience staying at a shared en-suite accommodation by MyplaceinPreston. The room is very spacious and furnished with quality products. Even, the common space like Kitchen is very spacious and have lots of storage space. Moreover, Paul and Maddie are easily reachable and any problems are resolved swiftly.
Overall, I had a happy stay 🙂
