M D Properties Letting Agency and Property Management Stafford

MD Properties have been our letting agent for 4 years now; our first contact was with Isabella - a pleasant, approachable lady always willing to listen and help, a reliable lady who gets things done. Initially we lived overseas so required a full management package for our property, we were confident we had left our house in good hands. They had their maintenance team in to prepare the house ready for our carefully sought out new tenants. If there were any maintenance services required during the Tenancy Agreement they were dealt with promptly, and were fairly priced.
On our return to UK we were so impressed with the professional service MD Properties provided, we decided to continue receiving their full management service, rather than dealing with it ourselves. I can happily recommend this letting agent.

I live next door to a property owned by MD, 4 months ago 3 fence panels blew out during a storm. I called them due to the tenants in the property rented work and I’m currently on maternity leave so it would have been easier and quicker to go through me than them.

They were initially really helpful and got a contractor round the following week who cable tied the fences back in.

4 months later these broken fences were still not replaced, despite multiple times a week I called to chase. I own my property so this was becoming very frustrating as you could see into my garden and there were multiple holes.

It wasn’t until the latest storm blew the fence panel back out and I spoken to Nicola who is fabulous! This was when things started to get resolved. Next doors dog kept coming into my garden and it wasn’t safe for my 1 year old.

Nicola got things moving very quickly and within 2 weeks I’ve now got 3 brand new fence panels. She understood my frustration and commmunicated everything to me which I really appreciate.

The contractors that came were lovely and were very clean and polite.

I’ve used MD properties as my letting agent over the past few years for several properties and always found them incredibly professional and helpful. They have recently found a new tenant for me and everything was handled promptly and efficiently. They are the best agents in Stafford and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for their professionalism and expertise. Isabella is incredibly knowledgeable and her advise invaluable.
