Absolute jokers! Outsource processes so they don't care! applied for a property in july, i still haven't been told what happened, take the money but don't respond, despicable service from a company that thinks they are bigger/better than they are.

As a contractor, I’ve found Little Mantions a great letting agents to work with, staff have good knowledge of the industry, and always out to help both landlord and tenant!!!

Can't just phone up to report a fault have to use some annoying online system. Whole point of renting is so that I don't have to deal with the hassle when there is a fault

I have used LM as a managing agent for several years and they have always provided a great service, looking after tenants and properties with care and professionalism. I usually speak to James or Rachel who are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Rachel recently coordinated the refurbishment of a property which is now a lovely home to happy tenants.
Very pleased.

Little Mansions & Steve provide me with a first class service. Regular, comprehensive property inspections are made and any issues highlighted and rated so that I am fully aware of any urgent problems.

I'm unable to attend the property so i normally ask Steve to arrange any maintenance. I've been with Little Mansions for some years and, so far, every issue arising has been dealt with promptly, efficiently and, I believe, cost effectively!

Been renting with little mansions for almost 2 years now, very helpful and professional. Had a damp issue and the property manager Steve has done everything he can to get it fixed and checked in a few times to see how it's all going. Think I struck lucky finding both a helpful and professional letting agents and a good landlord at the same time. Very rare to find a letting agents that care about the tenants, highly recommend.
