I have been a private renter since I was 18 (33 now) and have lived in many rented properties ran by letting agents. Northgates is by far the most personal and best ran agency I have had the pleasure of using. Any and all building issues have been promptly fixed, no fuss, and Northgates/Nick is always available when needed. Our building was unfortunately recently sold and now ran by a different letting agency, but if I'm ever in the need of finding a new place in the Great Yarmouth area in the future then Northgates will be the first place I will be looking.

I have been renting with Northgates for a few years and have no regrets. Mr Nick Barford is a true professional and a gentleman. Nothing is ever a problem and any issues are always dealt with asap. He always explains everything clearly and always puts your mind at ease if you are not sure about something. To put it simply, if your need a property to rent go see Mr Nick Barford you wont regret it.
