Andrea's Lettings

Andrea lets out a bungalow on our behalf. She is lovely, professional and very thorough in vetting prospective tenants. Andrea is always quick to respond to any problems and uses a high standard of local tradespeople to get any work done when needed, handling all the arrangements. She also has a good name within Prestatyn's business community. I would highly recommend Andrea and her business to anyone.

Dreadful customer service, no call back after initial enquiry. Even after multiple calls from myself regarding two properties they kept saying 'we'll get back to you' and never did. A shame because I wanted to support this local business, but they gave me no option but to look elsewhere.
Edit 14/08/2018: I received the very eloquent response below, which must have took at least 5 minutes to write. Maybe those 5 minutes could have been better spent ringing people back, to let them know the houses they are interested in have already been let? Just a suggestion.

So much so I asked her for help when my daughter was moving here from Leicester
They also carry out regular checks for the landlord to ensure the property is being looked after
Wouldn't hesitate to use again if ever we moved

We have been using Andrea's Lettings for a number of years now and we have never been dissatisfied with the service, they even sorted a property ready for our daughter to move straight into when she moved here they are so good we have even become friends

Very poor service and no trust off the owner, she agreed that my partner house was in excellent condition when she left. Then 3 days later andrea sent a e.mail saying she was withholding 250 pounds because the garden was not professionally done

Called into the office this morning for assistance with a property. Extremely helpful and excellent customer service. Thank you.

We were very hopeful at first and decided to reach out for help in finding a rental property, gave details over of what we were looking for.

We were told they would get in touch with any properties as they became available, and then we literally heard absolutely nothing whatsoever from anyone. Furthermore, we tried to phone over and over, no one answered the phone (it was within opening hours). Very unprofessional.

Angela the owner of this letting agent is a total two faced butch. She had evicted many disabled and elderly tenants and with hold deposits saying property was not in good order. DO yourself a favour and give the fat butch I wide birth. I now have a great letting agent fir the last three years that out Fat Ang to Shame
