Staff is polite but indifferent and we had many problems during our tenancy that were ignored by student digz. They barely respond to emails and definitely not in a timely manner and even if you call the chances of them helping you once you're a tenant are slim. Overall very unsatisfied and would never rent a property with them again.

This agency are inept, they have left tenants at property 10 days without Gas, contract states that its provided with utilities. When the Gas went off they were contacted only to say the tenant was responsible for the utilities?
The strength of a letting agency is their ability to repsond to the one in ten properties that have an issue, 10 days in and still guessing at what's happening. Don't be swayed by the majority of reviews that have had nothing to deal with, have a look at the reviews that have posed a genuine issue that needed a response? Not good. Evironmental health are now taking up the case.

3 weeks and tenant still has no
gas. Lack of action on this is unforgivable. Certainly couldnt or wouldn't reccomend anyone entering into any tenancy with this agency.

Studentdigz is one of the best student letting agencies in Swansea and I’ve had a really good experience. Would recommend to anyone studying in Swansea!

Beach Rugby Wales has had an ongoing relationship with Studentdigz for the last 15 years. They have always been very supportive of the tournament, without which the event would not be able to proceed.
Everything we have requested, Studentdigz has always come up trumps.
I would recommend the company as I can’t fault them.

Appalling service. Phone number impossible to reach. Constant miscommunication. Four renting a property are going to back to university this week and still haven’t been able to get the keys. Really don’t recommend. No one seems to know what they’re doing!

Upon moving to the house, the boiler was not functional and we were left without heating and hot water for a month and a half, their service is slow and poor, one room has had mould complaints for 2 months which has still not been dealt with and is now getting over personal items. However they can send an electrician in a day to setup the smart meter.

The staff at this branch are amazingly helpful and understanding and it's been my most positive experience of renting in Swansea so far. Any time I've had an issue, they've responded the next day and had it sorted as soon as possible. Their maintenance system works really well and they're really responsive on the phones. The team have been really understanding about me deciding not to renew my contract for next year (after initially saying I would back in November but since then I've had a change in circumstances) and I appreciate all of their consideration and giving me time in this situation.
