Very professional and great customer service from Katie and her colleagues. They made our house move as smooth as possible with nothing being too much trouble. All elements of the whole process from the initial meeting, valuation, photographs, listing, viewings, negotiations to the eventual sale, were handled seamlessly with helpful advice and clear communication.
Also, when viewing Roberts listed properties the team were always flexible with fitting in with our availability, were well prepared and we were never rushed during a viewing.

DO NOT USE! Awful, disinterested staff. Never any updates. I had a friend of a friend who tried to view the house on multiple occasions only to be turned down as they couldn't fit them in and did not offer any alternate time. They had to contact me directly and I had to take an afternoon off to do the viewing as Roberts would not. Then after accepting an offer, I had no updates apart from to tell me that the sale fell through despite multiple chases. Now the property is back on the market, its been 2 weeks with no viewings or communication. They also lost my key and took over a week to replace the lock for the house. Avoid at all costs.

Used these guys on both house moves. The Sales Chasing Team (especially Jo in Newport) have been beyond fantastic. Professional and very supportive. Great at chasing solicitors and keeping things running along. They were great at keeping me up to date with progress too. It made an extremely stressful 2nd move less traumatic knowing that Jo and the team were working on keeping on top of things. Cannot recommend them enough.

Lovely experience selling my house with Roberts, they kept me informed all the way along the process and gave me all the information I needed. I would definitely recommend these again for the professionalism and ease of service . We use again.
