Friendly, personal and efficient service-nothing too much trouble for them. As a landlord who has used this company for a number of years I have always found them to be quick in finding new tenants, thorough regarding safety checks and certs and my tenants have also spoken highly of them. A hassle free quality service.

Bad do not think about renting any property from them. I have been with 3 agency's in Swansea and by far Parker Baker property is the worst. The boiler stopped working in early January and fixed in late February I spent 5 weeks with no heat or hot water and they did not even care. It was the worst 6 months I have lived in Swansea. This agency doesn't care about its tenants at all. An advice from one human to another do not even consider renting anything from them.

I have used several agents over the years for renting properties, and PB Property were the best I have ever used. I recommend them highly.

Great team they got lot of time for there tennents. Angela Sullivan lovely lady always there to help been with them for number of yrs now always look forward to seeing Angela for chat on expection I have every year
