I rented a property in Chepstow through Homelink Lettings as a tenant from October 2019 to October 2020. Amalia and the team were brilliant from day one, all of the paperwork was quick and easy and I immediately felt at home! Throughout my tenancy Amalia was very responsive and friendly and would respond promptly to texts and emails which made it a breeze being a tenant.
Sadly the property owners had to sell and I had to move at the end of my tenancy but Amalia was great throughout what was a really stressful period looking for a new home in the middle of Covid. Although I’m now with a different letting agent I would not hesitate to rent or buy through Amalia in the future – she is fantastic and a true professional!

The staff at Homelink have been really supportive and responsive. They have dealt really well with very challenging tenants too. My rent has always been paid on time, any work needed on the house has been completed quickly, and you really feel that they put you first. They have been by far the best letting company I have used from about 6 others over 20 years.
