View Lettings, Sales and Property Management

Awful experience. I was renting a room via this agency for a year. The landlord was planning to sell the house and the agents would arrange viewings without even notifying me. I barely used my room, and most of the time lived in my girlfriend's apartment, although at the end of the year the agency demanded a sum of £120 to 'refresh the walls' because 'I smoked in the room' (nonsense!). Not satisfied, would not recommend.

We've been with View Lettings for just over 5 years now. They've been a breath of fresh air compared to our last letting agents who were a real nightmare and made our lives a misery. We've been able to make a rented house, our lovely home and we love it here. We rarely have any problems. Sue and Astrid always try to deal with things as fast as possible and to meet your expectations as best as possible. We were very lucky to get such a great landlady as well, as we know they can be few and far between. As long term renters (we have no desire to buy any time soon), its really important to us to find a letting agent/landlady/lord that delivers a high service and let's us get on with living our life. View Lettings have enabled us to do this and other letting agents would do well to learn from them.

It's been the most positive renting experience of my life as a tenant, and as someone in their mid-40's I know when its not good. View are top notch in a market where you can have both less than quality landlords and tenants. Look after the rented property and View will take care of you.
