King Sound Studio

King Sound Studios is a great place to record and a great place to meet like-minded musicians who are supportive and highly skilled at what they do.

I recorded my first EP in 2018 and did it all at King Sound. They made sure everything was in order and then also completed the CD printing side of things too which was very helpful.

These guys pride themselves on the equipment they use and are equipped with a range of high quality mics, instruments and other apparatus. The condenser mics are fantastic and offer a clear, well-rounded raw tone to vocals and instruments and I particularly love the old upright piano for a really sweet tone.

Thanks to all involved at King Sound for helping me to bring a dream I've had for years into reality. Huge thanks to John Kirby (producer) who put hours of love and attention into my music to make it what it came out to be.

I would definitely recommend using King Sound. 👍🏻 Get yourself in there! Bite the bullet... If you've wanted to record for a while and haven't yet, don't wait. Go for it. I did and I'm so glad I did!

This is one of my favourite places to be. Such a relaxed recording environment & yet at the same time highly professional. These guys know their stuff!
Having not done a great deal of studio work over the years I was a bit apprehensive but the KSS team put me totally at ease within minutes of arrival.

I chose to record my first studio album with KSS last year and every experience with them was marked by excellence. Working with them was an easy delight and I am indebted to their wisdom, experience, expertise and care. I was a little nervous to entrust them with "my baby"!...but their attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm soon put my mind at rest. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the very near future. Top marks dream team!

Dec 2019: Recently returned to the brand spanking-new studio to work on my 2nd album. Really great ambient space to work in (recently relocated to new premises). Such a creative team, willing and able to draw out of me what I didn't realise was inside! A very positive and encouraging environment to create in. Fantastic hard-working team with amazing focus and attention to detail. Can't wait to get back in the studio!

You won't make a mistake choosing King Sound Studio. If you are serious about recording, this is the place for you. These guys don't play around and they know what they're doing. I had a lovely 3 day experience with them and would highly recommend anyone who is trying to get their foot in the door into the music world! Mark and John are absolutely amazing to work with and will make you feel right at home. The creative yet professional space is truly unbeatable.

Fantastic guys to work with, will definitely be using this studio again. Loved every session. We will be back!
