My boyfriend and I took Oakley away for a couple of days near Cannock Wood. We stayed at The Rag at Rawnsley, where they have space for up to 4 motorhomes. The weather was beautiful and Oakley accommodated us both.
I used the time to finish an assignment and was easily able to connect to Oakley’s WiFi to enable me to do this. I sat outside using the bench table stored in the garage as well as using the table inside and moved the passenger chair around for extra comfort. We also made use of the oven and hob in Oakley to cook ourselves lunch and dinner. The fridge/freezer and wine/drinks cooler came in handy too with enough space for everything we brought with us.

This is the second camper van we've hired, the first being from another company. What a difference! Hey campers have thought of everything, but most importantly do it with smiles on faces. Well organised company, informative website, thorough walk through of camper van on collection day. Hey campers really made us feel like they wanted us to have a nice holiday. Totally different experience to our previous hire. I would thoroughly recommend hey campers to anyone and we've already started looking at dates to hire from them again next year. Well done!

(Gifted review, but my honest words!) After years of camping at festivals, my daughter and I took Poppy to a festival and what an absolute game changer! The team at Hey Campers were amazing at every step of the way. I'd never driven a motorhome (only smaller campers) and being on my own with a small child too, I was filled with nerves as well as excitemtnt, but the team were so supportive, reassuring and told us everything we needed to know for our trip. Poppy was such a luxury, super easy to drive (I needn't have worried at all), and we had everything we needed for the trip too - it was like a hotel room in the middle of a festival field, absolutely amazing. Thank you so much- Lily has already chosen her next motorhome for another adventure :)

From placing the order, adjusting the order to collection and drop off, I can't say enough good words. Great people to deal with, professional and helpful. Our motorhome for the week was Bentley. Such a breeze to drive being automatic and had everything we needed. The Gas bbq was great to use and the table and chairs for outside was a great help too.Will definitely be hiring again

What a fantastic service. From the moment we booked the communication and advice has been first class.
We rented Poppy for 10 days to go abroad. The vehicle itself was perfect.
The handover with David was excellent, he went through all the services in the van in detail.
When we brought the van back, super simple handover, van checked through and deposit returned. If only all hire companies were as professional.
We will definitely use Heycampers again.

We took Alfie out for 9 nights and were very impressed by the size and storage capacity when we loaded up. We took him to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Peak District on our way home. The Brit Stops guide was very useful at finding free places to stay on route at pubs you could eat at and then stay in the car park overnight after you’d had a drink. We also made use of the camping and caravanning club membership to book our campsite near Kendal when we changed our plans last minute receiving a discount. We were blessed with nice weather so made use of the comfortable chairs in the garage and it was easy to stay cool with opening windows or warm up with the heating when needed. All the controls were well explained by Adam and we had no problems using anything on board. The tv was a great addition as we were able to watch sky sports and box set series on now tv using the wifi. We would highly recommend Hey Campers and Alfie for anyone looking for a staycation in the future.

we have just had a long weekend in Beni - such a great experience from easy online booking, good communication and simple collection and return. Beni is a superb motorhome with everything you need for a high quality time away. We had pre-booked camp sites to ensure we got an electric hook up and this was a great idea. Such a lovely introduction to modern motorhomes - easy to drive and 'connect, good toilet and washing facilities, great heating and hot water - all the items we needed for a good weekend. Cant recommend this company enough. Photo is at Setthorns campsite in the New Forest…… if you want to be in the middle of the forest, this is the place. We saw deer wandering around the camp.
