I had my first session of reflexology today with Helen. I felt very relaxed in her presence and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her.
I come home feeling very relaxed and a tad sleepy. Definitely will be going back for another session.

Had a taster today. Helen has an easy manner and a nice touch. Will be coming back again.😊

Friendly and Relaxing experience.

I had my first reflexology session with Helen yesterday and didn’t have a clue what to expect. I found Helen very friendly and knowledgeable, and left feeling very relaxed. I have already booked my next appointment for next week and I am also going back tomorrow for the hopi ear candles.

I had my first reflexology session and didn’t really know what to expect or whether it would work. Ive been in constant pain for many years now and have tried all sorts.

But I’ve got to say felt extremely relaxed and slept better than I have for years. Have booked another session already.

Brilliant!! Reflexology is so relaxing. I always feel better afterwards. Helen is lovely. I'd highly recommend her.
