She is naturally intuitive to see what you need and suggest a solution. She is dedicated to wanting her clients to leave feeling refreshed, renewed and relaxed. Highly recommend.

Lovely, warm and professional therapist. Sara Proudfoot's Clinic has a great energy with large crystals around the room, Buddha, candles and fairy lights. Sara made me feel very welcome and relaxed as she went through my medical background thoroughly and explained everything to me so well. She has great tips on nutrition, vitamins, managing stress and dealing with anxiety and difficult situations. Before the treatment she used the gong to balance my chakras which sent a tingle through my body. The treatment itself was so relaxing I fell asleep. At the end she used the Bioptron lamp on my feet which felt warm and tingly. Afterwards Sara gave me water to drink from a blue glass and went through her findings with me and gave me advice on this. Sara really cares about her clients and has magic hands! I left feeling lighter and warm and tingly. Sara is a true professional. I was there 1.5hrs which is longer than usual due to talking during medical background but Sara did not charge me extra
