I've never had such a good massage in all my life. Relaxing, yet rejuvenation, BRILLIANT!

I felt light as a feather after the one hour full body massage! Very intuitive, the lady identified the knots / tight areas and worked on them until I was fully relaxed.

Would definitely recommend!

I texted for an appointment, told that they would prefer an appointment for 7pm so I agreed and booked under the name Marcus for 30min with extras. The masseuses available were Lia, Nora, Sasha and Amanda. Texted if they accepted card an hour before, didn’t get a reply but I went anyways.

Now I arrive at the place and around 5min before 7, I am told that they made a mistake and want me to do 7:20pm. I explain how and why it would be an inconvenience for me to wait since it had now affected plans I had(considering they told me to do 7pm on the dot) and I would appreciate if I was at least be given a discount like £25 instead of £30. If they had said ‘sorry no’ I would accepted.

Instead I waited 5min, they never replied so I went off, now when I’ve driven off, they tell me to come 10min after, and luckily I wasn’t far. I told them I had left because they aired me (again) which I criticised and I was told to ‘stop arguing and come in’.
After a back and forth, the appointment was cancelled, I stated that all I wanted was a simple professional response from the start and called them unprofessional, in which they didn’t take too well saying they gave me an offer (they didn’t) and when I asked what offer they gave me, they started being insulting towards me.

Just pure unprofessionalism throughout.

What an experience to extend my stay in Leicester with Lisa at the top of her game....professional and friendly, really enjoying her work.
