Chorley Registration Office

Arranged an appointment to register the birth of our daughter. Due to be seen at 10:00 but seen early. A good start! The gentleman who attended us was very polite, jovial and helpful and clearly keet a very tidy office! Ok maybe this doesn't really matter but it gives a good impression and suggests a professional work place.

Overall highly recommended!

Two amazing and kind ladies led our ceremony. Made us feel very special and cared for.

Not sure this is the correct office, but I spoke to someone called Lee Symes who was absolutely brilliant!. His customer service was second to none, he was so helpful. My daughters impending wedding needed a PD2 form signing in order to get her passport sent off. He got in touch with the relevant registry office and I was able to go and get the PD2 form signed for her. He deserves a medal the way the call was handled. Fab service 👏

Attended for a wedding earlier today..what lovely staff. I was really impressed with the lovely atmosphere and the warmth they displayed. Tissue for tearful bridesmaid and lovely engaged manner. Thankyou..it wasn't my wedding but you helped make it special
