Very friendly and efficient, free parking at the moment ( likely to change) excellent care for my sister with her cancer treatment.

Staff and care was great getting out of the car park at 4:15pm was another story moved 4 car spaces in 1 hour 30 minutes absolutely crazy if you had somewhere to go or be!!

Worcester Royal Hospital has improved hugely in my opinion. However, not everyone agrees with me. I suppose it depends on which department you attend.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Both nurses I saw one named maxi I didn't catch the other name . They were highly efficient and couldn't be more friendly .they couldn't be more Highley praised

I had an appointment with the Vascular department, I was seen within a few minutes of booking in, the Vascular Nurse who assessed and looked after me was very knowledgeable and professional, I felt relaxed and received an excellent result, thank you Worcester Royal.

Parking not an issue although it was an early appointment. Well sign posted to find entrances and once inside to find Departments needed. Went in for appointment on time, radiographer was really nice, she introduced herself and talked me through scan procedure, offered reassurance. The environment was clean this included toilet facilities. The coffee shop at entrance was nice for hot drink. Hospitals can get a hard time but credit to all.

Parked early as parking is very difficult but went and checked in anyway, deciding to wait until my appointment time inside. Went straight to the desk checked in and was called by my doctor within 10 mins. Superb!! Couldn't have asked for more. Left hospital and was home before my original appointment time. Thank you WRH 😊 💓 excellent service 👏
