Bought a dimming thermostat from this company through amazon. Very disappointed that the item they sent clearly wasnt new and had been used before by somone else. No instructions and box also worn. Sent item back for a refund and reordered. Will leave a futher review dependent on the outcome.

I was shocked to see the bad reviews on here. I buy most my lizard stuff from them and have done for the last 5 years. They have always been really reliable, are at the end of the phone if I ever have a problem with a delivery and quickly get things sorted. They are real human people who are reasonable unlike the large massive companies where you can never speak to anyone who cares. The only problems I've had with all my orders over this time is one spray arrived broken and they sent me a replacement and some plants were out of stock that I ordered so we discussed alternatives on the phone. Once I even ordered lights, thought they were broken called them up and they sent me replacements. Only for me to discover they actually worked it was just my light fitting that was the problem! As they had been so great I obviously told them and paid for the duplicate lights, which they were very understanding and appreciative of. I don't usually bother with reviews but I feel like they don't deserve the bad reviews.

This store just helped me out massively, and got me out of a pickle. Polite and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Horrible attitudes. Don't bother trying to talk about issues in their listings. With this company, the customer is never right.

Have ordered from here in the past and orders used to come perfectly but recently all the orders have been wrong. Tried to call them every day for the last week, left my name and number as the stupid voice says, but do they reply? No. We won't be recommending them to any other animal keepers until someone deals with our issue

As only a truck driver that collected packets and parcels from their business to be mailed to customers but, rather enjoyable and very helpful folks. Also, seem to have lots of customers so probably a fine and trusted business. 100%
