Shaun at Medusa was very helpful and friendly. We bought a Hermanns tortoise and set up from here and have been very happy so far. Great range of exotic pets and reptiles with a large range of products and types of food for all your exotic pets!

It was good walked in the woman was very helpful knows what she talking about did not rush us or try to sell us what we did not want let us pick out the stuff gave some good advice so will be going back agen even let us use the points right away so yh its good

Ordered Calci worms as a one off. Shop was very good with Comms, very accepting and kept me informed throughout.

Absolutely love this shop and the staff. Always friendly and happy do give me advice on my son's Dragon. It's very clear that it's not just a business, they genuinely care about reptiles. If I'm ever worried about the Dragon, they are literally just a phone call away and always happy to help.

The people who run this shop are extremely friendly, they know what they are doing highly recommend for your exotic pet needs

Great little exotic pet shop, very knowledgeable & helpful. Kept me informed about when their African Land Snails would be in stock & helped me to choose the right heat mat, thermostat etc. The snails were all healthy, alert, & in good condition & it was hard to narrow it down & choose just 2! I chose this shop as they require photographic proof of your setup before handing over any animals which helps to avoid any unhappy pets, so make sure you have photos of your setup before you visit if you're not buying it from the shop. Covid precautions were also good (one customer allowed in at once, face masks worn etc.). I also really appreciated that the staff are down to earth & friendly, as some exotic pet stores have been a bit snooty with me before when I've asked for their help & recommendations.
