HPB Lower Knapp Farm

Beautiful fun walk. Bit challenging after a big rain fall, gets quite boggy, wear walking boots!

Lower knapp is a lovely clean , genteel site, representative of most other hpb sites. The scenery is superb and little touches like the gravelled pathways and gorgeous wild flower bushes make it extremely attractive and add to the feeling of intimacy, with it being a small site. It's got beautiful views from most apartments and a stunning small swimming pool with sauna on site. Other amenities include the games and dvd rental room. It's been a pleasure to stay here and having been 4 times now, I find it like coming home but within a farm yard like environment which means I never tire of visiting.
Stunning places to visit nearby so it's great for making day trips. Love it here.

HPB's site is to the high standard we have come to expect. Located between Honiton and Sidmouth, Lower Knapp Farm is nestled in a deep valley surrounded by lovely countryside. It's within easy access to a number of attractions and of course the Jurassic coast. A car is essential

I have been once before. Narrow access lanes with few passing places. Very peaceful. Several footpaths close by.

Quiet, secluded, restful and great staff. Just a shame about the steep narrow road down to the site.

Tranquil place in a quiet valley. Beautiful well appointed stone cottage accommodation. Great birdsong morning and evening and plenty of country walks nearby (hilly). About 40 mins drive to various lovely seaside towns. Very helpful staff on site and a small shop with some essentials (eggs, milk). OS maps and walk guides provided on loan from the shop/ office.
No mobile signal and poor wifi, so no good for those glued to their ipad/mobile etc, but perfect for those wishing to recharge batteries in retreat style. Nice indoor pool.

Very nice quiet country side place to stay.
Love the wild life and the piece of mind

Beautiful property in the heart of the countryside, a short drive to the seaside. Helpful, kind staff and good facilities. Broadband available, but practically unusable (not their fault) as yet.
