Staff helpful, but due to renovation work this is not a particularlyCovid safe services to visit at present, be warned if you are in a vulnerable category - one small exit & not possible to distance except at Costa queue when we visited. There is an outside vendor very close to entrance/exit making distancing to the entrance impossible due to their queue. Lots of people without masks visiting inside today we noted. Loos are now temporary out buildings which was one advantage! The one we used was clean & tidy.

A spacious car park which provides areas for Blue badge holders, ample coach and lorry parking. Clean well looked after toilets. Catering to suit most travellers needs. This is a very good place for a stop over when travelling north or south.

Good service station toilets are clean loafs of parking outside seating

Took my grand daughter here we had a Burger King only got 1/2 order. Guy on counter not very helpfull. He also forgot part of someone else's order.
The cafe every table had Costa coffee cups on them the floor filthy. I can't understand how this place has not been shut down. I do have picture to back my claims up.

Costa under refurbishment just got Marks sandwich, no hot drink

A lot crammed into a small space and seems to be first developed in the 60s or 70s. Costa, Smiths, burger King and Greggs in a box outside. Toilets are clean. BP fuel fairly priced.

I don't particularly like those services. The toilets you can smell before you get there sometimes. The good thing is the Costa coffee machine is easy to use and quick

Petrol overpriced, place not updated for years. Costa and M&S are fine and the services are a very short distance from the main road. Could be cleaner but in all fairness it is very busy.
