Never buy something from them !!! They send me a pizza fridge with the marble top broken, they have sent another one with only 1 man delivery and of course I can't put in by myself into the premises,so the driver very rube drive way!! Maybe they are coming today to delivery the new one but again I've to pay someone to help me to put the big fridge inside, and they want me to carry out the broken fridge because the driver does not touch or help me at all to move the fridge!!! Worse company ever!!!!
I'm of on holiday tomorrow and they have ruined my refurbishment and part of my holidays!!! Also I've to cancel and reschedule all the builders, plumber and Electrician!!! Buy from a discount company is cheaper and more helpful!!! The equipment is exactly the same .!!! Useless

Staff very helpful, especially the young man in the clearance section who was on the till at the time.
Very good staff interaction, very good customer service and very helpful.
The shop didn't hold a lot of stock in some items that I wanted to purchase but did manage between the he main shop and the clearance section to get what I wanted.

Excellent company to order from, next day delivery and helped me get the right product. Customer service was excellent every time I called. Will shop here from now on.

Aprons. I don't know about the rest of the country but if you buy an apron unless you are a size 10 or similar, it won't fit, especially if you are a woman across our tops! I purchased two chef's aprons, one for me and one for hubby. They are excellent, tie up in front of you and wrap around great. The quality of the material is second to none. Ordering was quick and easy, and they were delivered in a very short time. Highly recommended company, just a shame my order was so small.

Very disappointed with our recent trip to Nisbets. We drove from Newquay to visit the store in Avonmouth as we are having a refurb and my partner wanted to view table and chairs in person. We asked a male member of staff about prices of products on displayed but was referred to the website and was advised all prices and products were on there. We advised him we came as we wanted to see the products in person and was then directed to the clearance isle. We then looked in this section and it was full of old furniture, one pieces and hardly suitable to fit out a new restaurant. We then went back to the original area and stood waiting to be served for a long time whilst staff just sat there. We then walked around to find a member of staff and showed the products we wanted prices on, again she tried to refer us to the website. We then said we wanted prices there and then and she had to go off for 10 minutes to find someone to help. Someone eventually came over, and again this person was very dismissive. We managed to get some answers out of her and as we were interested in bespoke furniture, she advised she would need to send off for a quote. This is not the first time I’ve had poor customer service from Nisbets. I order from there often online and received poor responses to product queries.

Brilliant shop and friendly staff, I'm very happy with my visit and was given extra help by the staff to find what I wanted, this would be a 5 star rating but there was one thing that made me uncomfortable:

Where the Fryers are in the front as you walk into the shop Nisbets has KTC Genetically Modified Soy bean Oil from Brazil Displayed. I dont know if they have been paid by KTC to disply this oil or not, seems so with the product placement, did no one from Nisbets check where this oil is from? Or how it is produced? As a chef this is the first this we check! It is literally the worsed most damaging oil produced on this planet and i am disgusted that a respectable brand like Nisbets are associating with KTC in this very direct way.
