Made a purchase of a fridge from this website and will probably never again.

The purchase made was quite urgent for my business which is why I decided to order from Nisbets as they are well known for their reliability. I called up twice confirming the delivery time, which I was told that they are running on a 48 hr delivery schedule.

A few days after taking my payment, I was contacted that there would be a 2 day delay to my order and there was nothing they could do to speed up the process. I decided to still stick with Nisbets as I know they would at least deliver the fridge two days later than expected but on time.

On the day of the scheduled delivery, I was again contacted that it would be further delayed by another day due to reasons unknown which I had ended up waiting a total of 5 WORKING days to receive my order.

The fridge finally came which was great but I would only order from this website if you are not in any hurry to receive your items.

Very Unreliable.
