tap ordered on 18th january, out of stock even tho showed as in stock so I was informed about estimated delivery date on 2 february. today 9th so rang to be told it should be delivered next week... almost calendar month! PS colleagues from our different branch ordered from Nisbets when was out of stock and had theirs delivered last week. wouldn't mention that but Andy Catering promised over the phone they will have it back in stock and delivering same time as Nisbets! really? doesn't look like it!

This shop is so central for public transport. A vast variety of catering product and reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful. I highly recommend them for all your catering needs.

Amazing customer service from the staff here. I was shown various options of the products that I was looking for and each was explained in details to me. Whilst another product I was seeking was not currently in stock, Andy Catering ensured that I recieved a delivery the next working day. I will be returning here for all my restaurant equipment!!!

A handy little shop selling a wide variety of kitchen and utensils and catering equpment, at very decent prices. Useful if you want something the slightly industrial end of cooking, eg for a function or preparing food for large numbers. Bit of an Alladin's cave too, so good for a nose round the aisles.

Dear Potential Client,

PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR MOVE.

-OCTOBER 21st I placed my order which had this email answer: Apologies this product has now been discontinued. Can we offer you an alternative to the same value or would you like a refund?
-On 28th OCTOBER I requested my refund of £50.00 so they replied on the same day that will be issued sooner so I did wait BUT JUST until the 21st of NOVEMBER.

I did send them a reminder email in order to update myself about the pending refund: was taking again so long so they replied this email that head office couldn’t make it happen yet then A WEEK LATER on 27th of NOVEMBER I was still claiming my refund via email, YES, AGAIN.

On 28th of NOVEMBER I did call their office as per their customer service agent suggested in their last email: they said to me that at that moment there were no one available to make the refund and that they will call me back to make the refund over the phone and I’VE never received this call.

On 12th of DECEMBER Again I sent an email asking for the refund and about my previous calls on the same day they had the decency of answering via email that I must call their office to make the refund WHICH I DID and that they not honored as I was again STRANDED with the same fact that they will call ME back. Never happened¡¡

On 19th of DECEMBER, Today. I have called again explaining my situation to a man who said his name is LOU he did mention that he can not make the refund and that everyone were at lunch time so no one available to make this happening neither him that was picking the phone and he was left alone in charge of customer service office without knowing how to make a simple transaction like this? Seemed like an excuse. Even with someone who’s been waiting for such long time and this specific situation my ethos in customer service as General Manager I am: Lou please next time plese bring out the very best of you to help out someone in this situation, please Lou do check and review your customer service skills and never hang up the phone without saying goodbye, manners are essential in customer service.
DEFO this store is a place to NOT RELY ON. The 1 star is just default but never deserved...

Bought 2 refurbished fridges of Andy’s catering with what we were told both came with 6 months guarantee.. huh. 1 fridge now works when it wants to. And on calling the office was told that no such warranty was available.. they then said they would send an engineer round to check it for us. On engineers arrival he said that it would need a new compressor and charged us £30 pounds just to tell us that. Thanks Andy’s catering
Never again and would not recommend to anyone.
