No salad or sauce on chicken wraps again! It should come a standard for a wrap? I always request for it in the box and it’s hit and miss( if they put it on or not! spent £5.80 each on 2 wrap meals and one single wrap at £3.80 that’s over £15 for all to come looking like that! If you want a good pizza ask for Sam to make it. Mmmmmm mmmm. You can tell he has passion. A very polite young man. He has changed what I used to think about pizza uno. It's a shame others don't work like he does the place would be mint

Don't know what theyre playing at tonight but won't be ordering again. Asked for salad on wrap and this is what we got on the entire wrap, a few strands of soggy brown & yellow lettuce 😡 same on the burgers but alot less. Chips were cold and soggy. thought we'd found a fab takeaway, blooming awful tonight straight in the bin 🤮🤮

They called me when it was supposed to have arrived, and told me to pay again on the app to make up for an extra delivery charge or they wouldn’t come. If 7 miles is too far to be worth a £2.50 fee then they need to calculate that at the checkout. I cancelled my order. You should go one step further and never place one.

Ordered at 17:50 and it said it would be here at 18:35. I called at 19:00 and the manager said they were on the way. When the driver finally arrived at 20 past he has had my food on the floor and passed it to me and was rude. He gave me the receipt and told me to open my order to check and was aggressively telling me "give it back now" snatching it out of my hand. No apology for being late and the terrible rudeness. Absolute joke considering the food is actually nice.

Waited nearly 2 hours food was cold, cans of coke missing and 1 piece of the garlic bread was missing. Told them to come back with my money and they never showed. Worst experience from a take out I have ever experienced.
