LEON

I ordered cheesy fries and I got the tiniest box of old, overcooked fries. 7 pieces of fries, 3 jalapenos and a tiny tub of runny "cheese" for £4.29. That's not what cheesy fries are.
Avoid!
Such a disappointment.

Update: it's not enough to just speak to management, it's clear from the reviews that it's not working.
You should refund everyone their money.

A 5 star low carb breakfast! I can’t eat carbs due to diabetes T2 management and low carb breakie options are usually rubbish. The Big Breakfast here did me proud, very tasty - quality ingredients. £6 seemed fair value too. Good to know about Leon breakfasts

Surprisingly needed a lunch and knew of nowhere else in the area. First visit to these 'new' services. Slow moving queue of traffic due to a Police Operation according to signs, but did find a parking space in the first zone I drove into. Leon's sign caught my eye. I haven't used them since the originator sold out. Self ordering screen had no 'Press here to start' zone, but did respond to a knuckle tap. Love burger, small Americano and a 'slab' of Billionaires shortbread. £11.13! I've been out of the game too long. Food was prepared quickly, and the sole person behind the counter did check that 'just a splash of milk' was just a splash.
Burger was fine, but the Billionaires was a surprisingly derisory portion, it didn't even cover 2 letters of the 'Leon' on the bag!
Unlikely to return.

Food was excellent. Veggie sweet potato wraps for both of us. Definitely coming back again. My wife realised she had left her handbag behind when we got to Heathrow. Quick call to them and they have gone out of their way to help. Marvellous human beings.....

Perfect Hot Chocolate😃. Stopped off for a driving break and hot drinks. Ended up getting food too. Thanks Musa for excellent customer service, proactiveness and patience with all our questions and queries. Great team, lovely management too. An unexpectedly pleasant experience for a service station eatery.

5* Great service, top quality food. As a truck driver I often stop by Leon as I beleive it is a much healthier alternative to other food choices. This venue was exceptional, the Swedish guy serving went above and beyond, you could tell he truly enjoyed his job as he served with a smile and anything asked was no drama atall, really accommodating. The food was cooked perfectly and presented properly, a special mention to the gluten free chicken nuggets is in order, wow, just wow they've nailed it 11/10. This is by far the best Leon I have visited.

Called in after a long day working in London. Decided to try Leon (queues for McD & KFC were horrendous). The range is limited and you can't customise your order (NO PICKLE!). The self-service order screens failed to offer a receipt. Told the member if staff who shrugged their shoulders. The chicken fillet burger was packed and I left to sir in the car. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. The sauce was disgusting, the burger packed with gherkins and a sprinkling of "on its last legs lettuce" and the 2 small pieces of chicken in the bun did not justify the nearly £7.. in addition the regular fries had just 5 waffle style fries. All I all nearly £10 wasted on a dreadful take out.. I won't be using Leon anywhere if this is the standard you can expect.

Awful awful awful. Ordered salmon avocado and poached egg pot. Only contained about a teaspoon of avocado and same of salmon flakes. The poached eggs were cold, and so over cooked they were solid and rubbery. Totally inedible. At £4.79 a complete rip off. So disappointed given normal Leon standards.
