Just finished a morning catch up with my Mum at this venue and was really disappointed.
We both ordered the rise and shine breakfast and recognised the cheap meat as it was being walked over to us.
I could have bet money on the sausages being the Richmond brand which contain less than 40% meat inside and are packed full of salt, sure enough did they taste it. The bacon was so thickly cut and smoked it’s all I can now taste.
The drinks were good but food terrible and service was awkward and unwelcoming. Our waitress looked afraid of us and we were never even asked whether we were actually enjoying our experience.
The environment wasn’t exactly child friendly either as there was nothing for children to do. Considering the small environment you’d expect some small toys or colouring at least to entertain them whilst they are waiting for the food.
Safe to say I left £20 lighter and with the view of never returning.
Real shame as the previous reviews had set my expectations up for a delightful brunch, oh how I was misled.

I would say that Kitty's is a good place for afternoon tea or coffee and cake.
I've heard nothing but good reviews but I wasn't impressed.
My daughter spilt her milkshake and it went everywhere. No help was offered to clean it up, I would have declined, but the offer should have been there. I do believe what looked like the boss, was standing at the till asking for cake which both him and the waitress deemed more important.
I wasn't keen on my breakfast, sausages tasted like they were gone off and it was really expensive.
The salted caramel cheesecake looked an and tasted an awful lot like the one you can buy at Costco.
The electric kept cutting out and when I went back to my car, pigeons had pooped all over my car because the only place to park was under a tree.
I had high Hope's for this but I don't feel the need to visit again.

Such a cute little business, staff are just so lovely. Food is always amazing and personally I am always getting their amazing milkshakes. I went their recently and got a free milkshake as the lady was going to just throw away the rest! Sometimes service can be slow but that’s just down to them being a small business and it’s no bother to me:)

Excellent experience, relaxing location, spotlessly clean, service and attention superb, surprisingly wide choice of dishes on the menu of a comparatively small Cafeteria, freshly prepared, well presented and really good, well cooked food. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and we will certainly be visiting again in the near future!!

Friendly great chatter. While the wife sorts her wool and patterns, it's a great time to catch a latte and the most awesome cheesecake.
