Burger King

Horrible,dirty, food on floor poor service will never go back as looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Floor so stick can't have been washed for days and kitchen area had food all over the floor as well wouldn't be surprised if they had rat ect.

I had the worst experience here, please don't use this place. It used to be the best burger King, not sure what has happened, change of management maybe but, please listen.

The food took almost 20 mins(staff meeting, apparently) There was quite a few cars behind us.

He didn't care.

When it did finally arrive the chips were cold the burger was soggy and they forgot our sauce.
We took a while to decide to complain, when we did the "manager" didn't care, told us we should move on.
We are not the type of people that would complain about an average meal but this was appalling.

We usually prefer Burger King to McDonald's but to be honest I'd rather eat McDonald's than have to put up with this.

Not just the unfriendliest fast food restaurant around, but also the slowest one. I generally prefer BK over McD but this particular branch isn’t good at all. They don’t even have sprite and the last burgers I had were so dry it felt like eating a piece of cardboard.

AVOID.

If I could give it zero stars I would.

This is by far the worst retail experience I have been to in recent times.

Fast food is not fast food anymore. We waited for 25 minutes whilst a frankly disorganised and incompetent team attempted to serve. The staff were more interested and focused on who’s on break next and not serving a “hygiene issue” to a customer as one of them said to another… There were expletives being used and quite frankly a very poor representation of a Burger King restaurant. You don’t act and talk this way in a customer facing area, it’s like you’re asking for bad reviews…

And the food was cold. Even after waiting 25 minutes thinking it might be freshly made. The drinks machine had run out of basically every flavour. Do evening customers not get the same level of service??

This needs to be amended. No wonder this restaurant is so bloody quiet all the time. I’d get better service in McDonald’s every time.

A shame.

Staff are friendly and quick and I know they don’t decide the size of stuff so this is aimed at the actual Burger King cos he needs to sort his life out… ‘king melt’…. 2 bites!

They always cook the food perfectly, especially compared to the stevenage Burger King. The only issue is that they won't accept cash which really annoyed me once.

Came in today and i was served quickly with no worries!! my food also came out quick and warm!! would recommend coming here to everyone! A nice joyful quiet atmosphere, if i could give 10 stars i would👌👌👌

Top Quality service. Friendly Staff, Food comes almost immediately after I order it and the food itself is top tier honestly don't know whether I was at a fast food place or a five star restaurant.
