Cafe Pizzeria Express Harlow

Amazing value for money, food is lovely and customer service is excellent. No complaints at all. Honestly, one of the best takeaways.

Not for me, forgot some of the order, the chicken was pink inside (didn’t eat it) salad was dry like it had been sitting cut up for a good while. It was my first and last order.

We’ll never eat here again. Food wasn’t good and didn’t taste fresh. Got my friend’s order wrong and just scooped food off the plate with hands - nails all chipped and dirty. Neither of us finished food. Some people (staff and customers) didn’t wear covid mask and table was cleared but not cleaned when couple left.
*This review was actually left during the pandemic and not as recently as the date states. Although the restaurant claim this review doesn’t refer to them, it absolutely does as it’s a place I walk past on a regular basis.

This is the best place in harlow for kebabs or pizza. Everytime I get food from just eat never disappointed.

Having not really given the Cafe Pizzeria Express much notice, I decided to finally give it a go.
The shop has an actual counter, so you can walk in and order at the location without the need for an app, or even a phone.
The pizza itself is not great, its a take away style affair with the unfortunate disappointment that brings with it.
Base is functional, with little to no flavour and none of the delicate spark that could lift it to a higher level. No charring, no crispness, no soft chew to the dough, just bready nothingness.
Tomato and cheese are both equally mediocre with neither having much in the way of flavour or texture. Sadly this is just a bland, forgettable pizza with zero to entice you into wanting to savour its flavour or even buy another one.

Staff are excellent, and the place is clean and nicely presented.

Ordered twice from these guys direct recently and the food and service is exceptional! I had the mixed lamb sheesh and lamb donna, which isn't on the menu so they kindly accommodated my request! Along with the fresh salad, they also gave me a huge tub of rice which was a really nice touch! The lady on the phone was polite and helpful with my requests, delivery was fast and food was hot and tasty! Delivery driver was a gem so all in all a really good experience and would highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 😀

Chicken Shish was lovely and salad nice and fresh ! Reeces milkshakes😍😍 onion rings were nice and crispy, garlic bread was perfect not soggy, and the chips were great. Thankyou for a great order again !!

The food was good, but half way through my boyfriend eating his food he found a hair in his food that definitely isn't one of ours. Put him off his meal he couldn't eat the rest of it.
