Nando's Borehamwood

It's Nanados, my visit on this occasion was pleasant . Greeted with a smile shown to our table where we proceeded the to order via the app. Helped ourselves to the cutlery ,sauces and napkins and food brought over by the lovely Nandos guys. We had the full platter with a side salad and enjoyable as ever 😁

Kids love it, we love it, you know what to expect and they are always welcoming

Nandos food is always good but service in this store is pretty lacklustre. When all wait staff are too involved with their own conversations and all clearly trying to avoid showing a customer to a table purely because they're "busy"

Food quality is always great here and the staff are all super helpful and lovely. We live locally and get a takeaway quite often too and it's just as good as eating in, which I can say about other Nandos locations that I have tried

I think this is the first time I give a place 1 star
The place itself and the staff seemed alright.
But The food was embarrassing, they literally put a almost cold piece of chicken breast in a almost cold and cracked up pita bread along with some cabbages.

I had to eat all the cabbages and the bread before getting to this small and cold piece of chicken breast.

They could have cut the breast in 2 pieces and move it around bread so you get chicken with every bite...rather than eating cabbage and bread and chicken in seperate bites.
And how about some lettuce? There is more in a salad than cabbage...

It was the equivalent of spitting in a customer's food that you dont like.

Absolutely zero care in preparing the food.

First ever nandos and I can definitely say I will never ever have another nandos the chicken was still pink inside and it was supposed to be lemon and herb but even that couldn't be achieved it was sent as piri piri , food was really watery and the presentation was absolutely terrible . The only bit that was any good was the delivery and that was nothing to do with nandos that was deliveroo. I can't beleive how bad the food actually was from such a well known chain. I would avoid this place at all costs , and personally would not eat here again if it was the last spot for food on earth then I would rather starve.

Food is always enjoyable here, but seems a bit under staffed and hit and miss on whether the drinks machines are going to work. There's only ever vanilla or chocolate for the yogurt machine and never a choice of either.

Went for dinner after work, so was just a meal to be had, but the place was clean, fairly quiet but service was slightly slower, as in, getting our food from time of ordering to serving at the table. Food was hot.
