Excellent food, great value and lovely service x

Had an amazing meal here. Last minute booking but they got us seated. Food was incredible and very reasonably priced. After my meal I needed to do some work so was given access to the WiFi so I could work while having a coffee. Staff were all amazing and so attentive to their customers. Would definitely visit again if I'm over that way. Thank you for an incredible evening

Well well well, what a great find. People had been saying for a while how good this place was but we just hadn’t found time to get there. Very glad we did though, service was impeccable the food was blummin fantastic and portions were possibly, dare I say it, too big. But will definitely be getting another visit. A lot of good pubs in the area and this one can be added to that list easily

An Great pub and an amazing restaurant. For a nice relaxed drink downstairs is brilliant. Nice choice of drinks and lovely relaxed atmosphere.

The restaurant upstairs is second to none in Oswaldtwistle. Very reasonably priced for the quality of thr food which is actually exceptional. The chef is exceptional offering a wide selection of options to suite all taste. The chefs menu is exceptional and I really cannot recommend it enough.

The staff are great, really friendly and welcoming.

I really cannot speak highly enough of the plough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anybody.

Came here with friends who'd booked so no idea what to expect. It was a Saturday lunchtime in January. Pub/bar downstairs with tables for food and we sat upstairs with a more restaurant feel. Quirky and attractive decor, a good atmosphere. Attentive staff but not over bearing. Menu is typically British IMO and all the good for it. Very tasty food, home made too. I had Gammon, which was great. Others in the party had fish and chips, cheese and onion pie and salmon, all commented on quality. This is not pub food, much better than that. Can recommend.

Always a good greeting and chat. The range of wine on offer suits all tastes. Food smells awesome but not tried that yet (I won't dine alone and my son never visits lol). Staff always pleasant and attentive. Support local businesses 😊 Finally booked for Xmas Eve, off the December menu. Wow! Food was amazing and cooked to perfection. Thank you for fitting my son and I in for this sitting. This k he will visit more now. 🤞 Thank you to the staff who made 60th special.
