Nice meal here. Shame about the service, it was almost too quick. We were in and had drinks, starters and mains in an hour. As soon as I finished a plate it was taken from me. Very pushy and not exactly and enjoyable evening. Go here if you want to have a quick meal!

Love the Prezzo restaurant chain. Always lovely food. How ever it was the staff at this restaurant that really made the difference. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. 5 stars from me!!!

Had a nice dinner at Prezzo this evening after visiting the Winchester Christmas market🎄 . Very impressed with the attentive service, My posh pepperoni pizza was delicious, but my other half's pasta was disappointing because the chicken was poorly prepped with lots of gristle left on it. Apart from that, recommended.

Accommodated us when we arrived at 9:30pm for dinner. Friendly staff and good food.

Been here over an hour... still waiting for food? At least our trains been delayed. We were waiting 15 minuites before I had to go ask if we could order and we're still hungry and waiting. About 20% of the restaurant have food and there's lots of free tables. I used to be a waitress so I always tip, but at this point we're gonna leave and grab maccies as been hour since order

Such a disappointing meal. The worst pizzas we've ever eaten. They were dry, tasteless and missing the ingredients. The staff were apologetic and we received complimentary dessert. This really did not make up for the let down.

A little disappointing. I tend to think of Prezzo, Zizzi and Ask as being pretty much the same. However, the choice at Prezzo seems worse, not so imaginative / modern, and poorer quality. Average of £16 for a main course (we chose lasagna, chicken burger, pizza & calzone). On the pricey side for basic dishes. Burger bun was not toasted and was actually chilled. Service was ok but nothing special. Not asked if we wanted more drinks.

My husband and I both enjoy visiting Prezzo for a meal and we regularly go to different restaurants around the country. We arrived at the one in Winchester and they were fairly busy with it being the Christmas period but not full. The server walked into me as we waited to be seated and didn’t acknowledge my presence at all. We went to our seat and the same server left immediately. We looked at the menu and made our choices. No one came back to take our order. Various staff members spoke to the tables around us but did not come to ours. After 15 minutes, I asked the young server setting the table next to us if we could place an order. He was very amenable and took our order immediately. The food and drinks arrived very quickly. I ordered a carbonara which is a normal choice for me and something I regularly have at prezzo. The portion was TINY! There was a child on the table next to us and her children’s menu offering of spaghetti was bigger! There was one tiny piece of prosciutto on top and I found about 4 pieces of the bacon lardons. The sauce was going hard and there was so much pepper in it, that’s all I could taste. I ate the entire meal in 4 bites, whilst my husband was about a third of a way through his meal. I eat very slowly so this gives you an idea of portion size. My husband’s meal was fine. It was lasagne which could have done with a side salad or really anything to add a bit of substance for the price. After finishing, the same server walked past our table three times. I observed him look at our empty plates and carry on walking over and over. At one point, he actually paused but then went off to talk to another server. After 10 minutes, we flagged down another server and asked to pay the bill. After the awful meal and awful service at Winchester prezzo, we decided not to waste another penny on dessert. All I can say is don’t waste your money - there are two more Italian restaurants in close proximity - go there. It can’t be any worse.
