Due to the nature of the building, this was not a pleasant experience. Although it was only half full, it was very noisy because sound just bounces off the walls. The seats are quite uncomfortable. The staff were courteous and efficient and the food was good. We just had one course and left.

It was a really lovely looking restaurant, even for a chain. However I found that their selection of vegetarian options on the menu very lacking. If it wasn’t for me meeting up with friends, I probably would never enter a Prezzo restaurant again and it was extremely overpriced for what it was too. The service wasn’t particularly great either as upon entering, I had to wait over 5 Minutes to be seated, even though staff were standing around doing nothing.

Ate here last night with family.

Friendly greeting on arrival. Attentive service. Thanks.

We have not been hear for a few months.

Your chicken and bacon salad is not what it use to be. Very little chicken and virtually no bacon. Rather charge a couple more £'s instead of skimping.

Also a pity you have taken the meatballs off the menu of your calzone.

Overall a pleasant evening but let down by the economising on ingredients.

We were slightly disappointed with our latest visit to Prezzo restaurant in Fareham, on Saturday 19th November 2022.
We sat in the downstairs area of the restaurant. and when customers were arriving, the door was kept open and you could feel constant cold draft around the restaurant, which then resulted in some of our party putting coats and scarfs on.
The quality of the food was good, however the quantity has been reduced. I guess this is because of the current financial situation. Two of the party ordered the Lobster and crab ravioli, and at nearly £18 per dish, there were only 8 pasta parcels and a creamy sauce. My wife is not a big eater, but she left Prezzo's feeling hungry. I chose the truffle beef burger, and again at nearly £18, it was just burger and chips that was not that exceptional. We were not asked if we wanted any additional condiments. Two of our Grandchildren chose the kids menu, and even they were disappointed with the burger and chips. Just a burger in a plain bun, and he said McDonalds were better. Also one very small scoop of ice cream in the bowl for desert, no wafer or sauce offered. I chose the lemon meringue pie for desert, which consisted of mostly meringue. I could not taste the lemon at all. Our bill was for over £200 for a family of 7, and we feel we didn't get value for money.
I don't think we will be revisiting this restaurant anytime soon.

Never really fault a prezzo meal and we always know what to expect. My squibble and hence the 4 stars for food is how can they justify garlic bread with balsamic onion and cheese at £7.50. Especially the size that u get.
Also annoyingly prezzo have so many offers and deals on to get discount etc why don't they just lower the prices overall and stop with all the codes and vouchers etc.

We dined at Prezzo's at the weekend, we had a voucher that was gift - unfortunately we felt that the service was not great, almost that due to us having a voucher we were treated differently, even though we knew and happily accepted we would be paying extra for items not included in the voucher. The staff did not really pay attention to glasses being empty and waited a while for plates to be cleared, we had to keep trying to catch attention of passing staff to ask for another drink etc. It was not busy - just felt that nobody really wanted to serve including the manager. We would not go back to this particular branch, not a nice atmosphere like other Prezzo's. Also need to include a gf option for dessert on the set menu if using the vouchers, we had to pay extra for a gf option as the set menu had no gf options.

Prezzo -Whitley village.
what a delightful place very spacious with lovely decor, staff were absolutely lovely, food was delicious, only down side was the gap between courses, not bad for adults or when on a social, but will children they lose interest fairly quickly, but overall great experience, even left a tip! 5 stars

Prezzo - Whitely Village.
Sorry guys have you five stars on the last visit & this time you didn’t let me in and told me there was a 2+ hour wait, glad to see you were busy but have to mark you down, perhaps next time.

This review is based on 2 experiences over 1 weekend. Our first visit was as you’d expect from any other Prezzo. However, we covered our bill using an e gift card which only left a few pence to pay. I paid for this on my card and found out later that I’d been significantly overcharged.

I contacted the restaurant directly the following day and spoke with the manager (different to the one on our visit). They were very apologetic and invited us back for a meal covered by the restaurant of a higher value than what we were overcharged by.

On the day we returned, the manager I’d spoken with over the phone was on shift and made sure we were well treated by our waitress and we had 0 issues on this visit.

I’ve never had an experience like this in a Prezzo branch before so I’d like to think this is a rare occurrence. Although the situation wasn’t ideal, the manager handled the situation quickly and inviting us back gave the restaurant a chance to redeem themselves so we’d consider going back in the future.
