Erbil Shawarma

£4.99 for shawarma, chips and a drink is absolutely incredible.

The wraps and filling are fantastic, chips were really fresh and crisp. The chicken was such good quality, best of it’s kind I’ve had. Shame there was no lamb left, I’d have loved a mixed meat shawarma.

Place is really clean friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back 🤙🏻

Where has this place been? What an absolute gem! No pretense just honest, hearty Middle Eastern inspired food, cooked fresh on the grill and generously served

We opted for the large mixed platter, falafel platter with a couple of servings of chips. All was served quickly with a smile and filled our 6 person table. All the grilled meats were succulent and flavourful and the çous cous was divine. However the real winner was the Sophie's salad which was piled high with colour and flavour.

We polished off the lot and left busting at the seams. No complaints everything was amazing, highly recommended!

Best Kebab house in Worcester. Very friendly staff lovely presentation and great price. I will come back for sure. Thank you.

I have been to sophies 5 or 6 times in the last year, their service for eat-in is quite good. Takeout still needs improvement. i would suggest they have a final check before they bag and send food.

The chomps were hard because i think they keep them frozen before grilling. If i was them i would keep them marinated in the fridge, the food will be good for 3 days. Their taste would be 100 x better.

Complained that the food was old and overcooked and chomps were so hard it was virtually inedible. We complained over the phone but was told to bring the food back and leave my daughters birthday party to prove it. Not sure i want to bring half eaten food and leave my daughter unattended. disgraceful. I heard good things so am genuinely disappointed.

Fairly descent Kebab shop, compared to other in Worcester. Staff are friendly and the meats seem fresh and well marinated. Its best too eat in, the wraps and shawarmas will taste fresh. Reading the reviews most people complain about delivery time which may even be a 3rd party! and not a judgement about the place and food or quality and reasonable priced and supported by their own community which is always a good sign.

I really want to like this place but more often than not the food has taken over an hour to arrive and just lacks flavour.

I don't know what they do to the shawarma but it just tastes like they cook it, and leave it in water so it's not dry...

I've ordered from here multiple times and each time it has just gotten worse. Sorry but there are much better places to get kebabs and middle Eastern food in Worcester. If you want to survive, change what you do because it just simply isn't good enough..

Ordered from here for the 1st time last night online for delivery, the website was clear and easy to use. Once my order was placed I got a confirmation email from them to confirm with a delivery time of an hour. It was an hour and a half before my delivery arrived which wasn't the end of the world but I felt was quite a long time to wait after the confirmation of an hour. The food looked nice when it arrived and was fairly warm. I had asked in the comments box online for no tomato on anything, they didn't put it in the shawarma but there was so much of it chopped up in all the other items I ordered, why bother to ask if your not gonna read the comments box? The food I thought lacked flavour, all in all I was a bit disappointed.

Can't praise the food enough, absolutely delicious. We've sampled a few different dishes and each one has been wonderful. Easy to use ordering service and speedy delivery. Highly recommended!
