Hidden gem! Lovely outdoor garden area with cute wooden huts for a something a little different.

Even the interiors do not disappoint. Steeped with history but also met with contemporary design. Don't forget to check out the toilets...

The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and they serve great cocktails! Highly recommend the Pea & Broad bean salad starter and Heritage Tomato main!

The only thing that saves this place is the staff, who are very good. Food however is not good at all over seasoned, tough / dry. Strange disorganised plating for some dishes. I will not return, for these prices I can get get much better in Cheltenham.

Lovely pub/brasserie in Prestbury which is on the main high street between Bishops Cleeve and Cheltenham, place looks inviting from the outside which has plenty of seating outside and nice little sheds to sit in to relax and eat with warm lighting, inside is lovely with lots of seating and well decorated and again warm feeling, Staff friendly and helpful and welcoming, atmosphere is lovely, service brilliant, food was really nice but plates could do with being warm and the food being hotter, But will be definitely going again and would recommend, good value for money otherwise

Great venue in an old pub, but sadly what was a wedding anniversary gift was let down by the rest of the experience that you'd expect from this type of establishment, which is in direct competition with The Ivy & its sister restruant Brassiere Blanc,
Both the the latters service, food deliverty & quality are far suppirior.
Things like serving an empty jug with no cheese sause for the Souffle & having to find someone, to no milk being given with our teas & again having to ask for it.
Food was okay, but again should be an experience up there with its sister restruant & The Ivy.
The place could be amazing, but you need to get the little things right that make people want to return to.
Positive note the Barman & the Manager/greeter where great, even when my wife had left something at the table the Manager came & found us to return the item.
I did give thus feed back to the manager when asked at paying & on the online survey I was sent.

The food was great, very good quality and delicious. Service was exactly what is needed with friendly attentive staff.

My only real issue is that there's seems to be a slight mismatch in food vs. cost. It's got the price tag (almost) of fine dining, but the food is along the lines of good quality rustic pub food.

Had our Wedding reception at the Kings Arms. Couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Paulina the general Manager was so helpful from the start in making sure everything was perfect for our day. We have been many times before, so knew we loved the food already but all our guests also really enjoyed the food & thought the pub was so cosy. We had the whole room to ourselves and we’re able to decorate it to our liking, it was a very special day ✨ We will be back for many more meals here I’m sure. Thank you all again. Especially Paulina 💜 xxx

The food here is as delicious as you’d expect. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. However, the thing that sets The Kings Arms apart is their staff. We were made so welcome on a freezing winters day we instantly warmed up. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a well run restaurant. We were neither kept waiting nor rushed and that’s such a tricky thing to get just right in a full restaurant on a busy Sunday lunchtime before Christmas.
