Nando's Harlow

The food was really nice. I always order sunset burger and peri salted chips and this was actually the best I had out of all the Nando's I’ve got it from so far.

The staff are really nice as well. Not that I have experienced unfriendly staff before in any Nando’s; but this team were really nice, pleasant and sweet. They will look after you with a smile.

I have to give 3 stars due to the cleanliness. The floor where I sat was so dirty with food and crumbs under the table. The bench seat had crumbs all over it to, which made me uncomfortable.

The baby changing room had water or urine all over the floor; and it stank so bad. I was so uncomfortable changing my baby in there, but I had no choice but to.

I refused to use the toilets based on the baby changing room looking how it was.

When it comes to eating in a restaurant, the environment should be clean. You should have to sit on a dirty chair with food on it and food under your feet.

Staff and food great but cleanliness was not there. The restaurant wasn’t busy as well so it could of been cleaned up.

My go to place for a fine dine they can never go wrong. I always get the boneless chicken tights with mash potato or swap sides as my mood flips. It’s filling and yummy as well. Not to forget, lemon and herb sauce is my favourite of all time.

Great lunch, we needed lunch quickly as we had an appointment shortly after. Food order was taken by a lovely helpful chap and it arrived piping hot.

I mean it's about Nandos, right? Great food, nice people. But the place needs some serious deep cleaning. Somehow it put me off seeing grease in some places where it shouldn't be.

5 of us went here and it was ok but not up to the usually Nandos experience. Waiter was a bit stressed, rice had been sitting around for a while and the atmosphere at harlow is a bit canteen like. Still love Nandos but there are better ones.

Since going pescatarian due to health reasons, I've really missed eating at nandos! But when I found out theu had a vegan option I was pleasantly surprised. The vegan burger was amazing! The flavours and textures were great. Would highly recommend eating here.

Unfortunately I had a very uncomfortable experience last night at Harlow Nandos, whilst waiting to collect my food there was a young guy also waiting to collect his food and was being glared at by a member of staff, later finding out this was a manager called freddie, the young boy looked at him confused and then the manager proceeded to start shouting ‘what’ at this boy repeatedly in an aggressive manner even though the young guy seemed to just want to leave after this the manager proceeded to shout and be aggressive towards the young man.
A very uncomfortable experience and poor customer service, and from a manager too!! disgraceful.

this restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly and attentive. we wasn't a fan of the food though, pretty small piece of chicken and the lemon and herb sauce was alright but a little bland, the chicken was a bit dry too. the mash potatoes seemed to have been just reheated because it was very dry on the top, also pretty bland.
