Never used before and won’t be using again. I ordered sweet / sour chicken balls, chips, egg fried rice. The chips, chicken balls and sauce was all in one container... ( see my picture ) NEVER have I received my food in this sloppy fashion.
Wasn’t even the correct portion size either.
I’m surprised the coke and rice was separate. I rang to complain and the manager wouldn’t speak but I heard him in the background say free chips next time.
£11.90 the order came to. I ordered through just-eat and they was apologetic and full refunded me. Best service was just-eats so I thank them for apologising and refunding me.

Ordered our food tonight at 17:48 via just eat app. App said food would be delivered by 19:00 which was a long time but I thought its Saturday night so fair enough. Order didn't arrive until 19:20 and it was cold.

Noodles were slimy, sweet and sour chicken wasn't sour at all, just sweet. No complimentary prawn crackers even though we spent over £30 on food. Ordered the meal for 1 which was £12.30 just for that and I was shocked when I saw the meal as it definitely was not work £12! Half a box of noodles and half a box of beef in black bean sauce, not even full portions.

Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I’m in complete and utter shock regarding this establishment!!!! Waited 2hrs 30mins to be told it will be another 20mins! 3hrs later still no delivery and speaking to a very rude female on the phone who is just telling a different lie each time I call….. then I’m informed the driver is 6mins away…. Then our order gets cancelled so I call up to find out why!!! And she has no explanation but is just very rude and hang up on me!!! I would NEVER use here!!! Absolute shocking customer service!!!!!!!!

We had a large meal last night , and the food and delivery was the best I've had in a decade atleast .Well done hong kong star

Food never arrived. Rude compulsive liars. AVOID. Have beans on toast instead.... You'll be happier. This merchant will only cause stress and stressed and hungry is not a good mix. They tried every excuse possible... Must have them on. A script by the phone!

Avoid if you’re hungry!!!
Delivery times are a joke and the guy on the phone just lies about where your order is.
Ordered at 18:45 with a delivery time of an hour, on a Sunday. At 20:40 the food still hadn’t come but the guy on the phone said it was already on the way but would be another 15 minutes. A lie as we live about 5 minutes from the restaurant. If you’re hungry, avoid this restaurant and go somewhere else.

Ordered an hour and a half prior to the order. Called an hour after making the order to see where it was however they failed to pick up after 6 times. When they did pick up they said they cancelled it as they said the driver called which he didn’t. Then they changed why they cancelled the order to we didn’t think it was a real phone call. Terrible terrible service. Instantly regret calling and would advise others not to as the first time we received the order which may I add was also an hour late the food was cold and covered with salt

Delivery prompt! However I think they needed to spend a bit more time cooking and preparing it. Spring rolls freezing cold. Literally out the fridge into tuperwear. Black bean Sauce, tasteless and the chicken in this dish greecy. The lemon chicken, the chicken was tough and the batter was pappy. The free fourune cookies I feel were out of date and not edible. I feel there is a certain irony to the attached from the fortune cookie
