"Incredible service from the second we walked in the door. The food was exceptional. My 5 guests said that it was the best feast they had eaten in a while. You guys are smashing it. Thank you for making my birthday so special. See you again soon!"

What a meal! This place just gets better and better

Cracking lunch today. Food was always gonna be great. Lily didn’t disappoint with effortless service.

Can’t wait to come back.
Thank you team and thank you Lily.

Superb in every way. The food was top drawer. The sommelier and staff were relaxed and knowledgeable. A very understated restaurant serving stunning food. Un-hurried and excellent. We all loved it.

Lovely lunch. The chickpea starter, scallop and cabbage were our favourites. The chicken liver parfait was fine, but wasn’t as flavourful as the other dishes. Nice ambiance and service. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, warm and welcoming yet somewhat posh country pub. Food was exceptionally well balanced. Highlights were the bread course and desserts.

However my partners' fish skin was completely burnt. Was very surprised to see that sent out in a 1 Michelin star place! I can't imagine they would have sent it if it was a potential inspectors table.

In the aubergine main I found a tiny bit of plastic wrap. I did not even want to mention it as mistakes happen, however, when my partner informed the waiter, they denied it was plastic, and said they do not use plastic in the kitchen, it must have been onion skin.

Just made us feel like they believed we had brought it from home and were after some freebies. I can assure you it was plastic.

Felt like they could have handled it better. At least an apology and admittance of guilt, rather than brushing it off. Sadly due to this, and the price tag would not return for another experience.

To end on a positive the hazelnut bavarois was perfect.

Got taken here for a birthday celebration lunch and didn't really know what to expect. The staff were immediately very welcoming as we were shown to our table. The dining room is behind the pub part of the building with 5/6 tables. The food was really good, especially the lobster starter and the potato main. The only downside was the atmosphere, it lacked something, maybe the decor looked a little dated but easy to fix. Would definitely come again.

Booked The Bridge Arms for lunch months before we ate there on Christmas Eve. Was completely blown away by how good the food and service was. Chef Josh and his brigade have got something special going here, we’ll deserved Michelin star in doing so. Simply wonderful!

Brilliant food, staff, service and ambience. Dan has created another gem - the food is well beyond gastropub levels and is well deserving of a Michelin star with a changing menu of elevated meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. The wine list is well thought out with a range of fantastic wines. All the staff are wonderful and always go out of their way to provide a warm and personal experience. Sadly, any bad experiences are likely down to difficult individuals as both the Bridge and the Fordwich have always gone out of their way to be kind and generous. If you are looking for a fantastic gourmet experience at an extremely fair price for the quality, run and don’t walk to the Bridge Arms. I go to many Michelin star restaurants as well as more causal places and the Bridge Arms strikes a perfect balance of relaxed fine dining.
