Tennesse Fried Chicken&Ribs

I very rarely order chicken from anywhere other than KFC but I was incredibly impressed with this place. Placed an order on just eat and got a delivery estimate for roughly one hour later. The food turned up after forty minutes and was piping hot. It tasted absolutely fantastic. The delivery driver also read our notes on the order about finding the house (awkward to see from the road). My only minor complaint is that we ordered a large bucket and received one small mayo and one small BBQ sauce and would have appreciated more. Will definitely use again.

I honestly wouldn't bother, walked in bought some hot wings got in the car, took a bite and it was like warm and greasy. Working in the food industry i know it's totally unacceptable to be holding food at such a low temperature.
Don't waste your money as the guy argued it was normal temperature, he did refund me however .

This place is one of my favourite fast (ish) places to go, unless my partner wants something different.

The staff have always welcomed me, as they recognise me; even in town.

Whilst the service is good, there can be a wait for the food. This doesn't effect my rating, as I understand they may be busy.

The food is delicious, and better than two similar fast food places in town. Pricing is very fair indeed.

I don't think I'm ever disappointed with an order from this restaurant. Banging hot wings, wraps and chips. Thanks Tennessee team.

Not sure 1 star is even worth it tbh, only reason for the 1 is because you have to give one, and the portion sizes are decent, however, food was soggy, cold and bland tasting, and the workers and I'm assuming owner (although only speculation) was far from professional, i rarely put bad reviews, but my god, the rudeness, safe to say that the last day of visiting friends and family in my home town was cut short by the food poisoning I received as a result of ordering from there, for the people who work there to turn around and say there was nothing wrong with their food, 1st rule of good customer service, the customer is always right, you don't argue with a customer, I work retail as well, so even I know that, all I wanted was acknowledgement, not a refund, but just to make them aware that they may have has a bad batch of chicken or something, not to just be verbally attacked. Won't be going back on my next visit.

So like this ... I give one star, because ... there were a lot of fries, but they were dry, it was because I called the company. They told me they would equip the food in 50 minutes. I got it in 2 hours and 25 minutes. Everything was dry. I was hungry, but I did not eat anything. Shame on you. I ordered the number 4.Tennessee FAMILY special. For 18.99. And I got dried French fries 4 times, without anything ... Not even salt was there. Times chicken fillets that were pungent, and they shouldn't have been at all ??? Then 4 wings pungent, which were previously only pungent, enveloped, bones. And two chicken burgers with brioche, burge, burger sauce and nothing ... No vegetables! And twice 1/4 pounder with brioche, some minced meat, dill sauce and about three strips of iceberg lettuce. Well, so I don't blame them ... So I got 1.5 liters of Pepsi. But in the leaflet they have delivery in 40/50 minutes. I'm giving one star, just so I can write this review.

Bad bad bad stay away rude workers and distusting customer service when I finally got my food after waiting 2 hours it was discussting the oil was definitely bad and tasted old I'm already getting a bad belly so yay here's to food poisoning.. STAY AWAY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
