The Chicken Shwarma is incredible.
So many delicious elements to it from the rice, to the cheesy bread to the chicken, pickles and herbs.

Can't recommend highly enough!

Probably the best food in Peckham, and run by an amazing friendly team. Eastern Bloc is a must-try!
Delicious and often updated menu, cooked to perfection and always well seasoned. The mains are comfortably filling, and I highly recommend the celeriac for a refreshing change. The salad is always fun and interesting, and balances out the hearty mains - don't skip on this side! I believe all components are prepared in-house too, and you can taste the difference. The desserts are a perfect sweet treat afterwards, if you have room.
There are always many vegan options, and none of them shy away from flavor.
Reasonably priced, hearty delicious food, and supporting a local team. What's not to love?!

The chicken shawarma is amazing!!! Haven’t anything I liked this much in ages. A little pricey for lunch at £9 but totally worth it. Located in a very cool space and friendly service. What’s not to like?

The chicken shwarma will blow your mind. So delicious. Great for a hangover too. Plus super fast and friendly service. Also loved the chocolate cake thing.

I'm currently eating a bowl of potatoes with pickles, the best aioli, crispy onions and the tastiest chilli! I had to let others know how good this is. Best lunchtime meal ever! Thanks <3
