Always an absolutely fabulous experience.
Server was efficient and fast, food was perfect. This picture is the filet steak on stone with skinny fries and peppercorn sauce and it was delicious.
Recommend the blue moon beer to accompany.
Environment was clean and quiet. Parking nice and easy.

this is a regular favourite for my partner and our friends - who love the steak on the stone.
wish there was something a little different for vegetarians or vegans - but the food is always excellent quality. The staff are fantastic - a good balance of being attentive and professional but able to have a banter with them too.

Nice place for a lunch, plenty of options for food (including some healthier ones) and the staff were welcoming.
Personally I wouldn't recommend having the steak on the stone. It's very novel, and great for anyone who is really picky about how they like their steak cooked.
But also your clothes end up stinking of a bbq for the day.
All in all would definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat in the day.

Not too many restaurant options în the area however this restaurant is higher than average. The food came fast, the personnel was verry polite and friendly, prices not to high.
The music equipments and sound quality(Sonos 😉) convinced me come again here în the next day.
The food is good but not remarkable. Overall:Pleasant and friendly atmosfere, clean, served fast, sufficient parking places..why not come again:) ?

Really nice decor inside. Some great options on the menu, our table liked the novelty of the cook your own steak/halloumi/duck options, but did get a little bit smokey. Good portions and staff were friendly and polite. Our table was booked for 5pm so the atmosphere started to get better towards the end of our meal as more diners arrived.

Yes they serve spam fritters,yes their steaks are really good and so are their deserts, professional staff and it's a must experience steakhouse.

Gelsmoor never disappoints when you visit and me and my partner always have an amazing meal.

Staff are polite and attentive, food is reasonably priced and the pizzas are brilliant.

Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.

My son chose to go here on his birthday. The pub came recommended from his work colleague and it didn't disappoint.

Let me start by saying that cooking my own steak was a complete novelty to me and it did feel a bit of a faff, although I soon got the hang of it - even though by the time I got to the last bites it was more than well-cooked - more like cremated!

The food was served fast, despite it being busy and so close to Christmas. Also, the pub was cosy and warm which I really appreciated. I will definitely come back on a special occasion, it's a real gem.
