Nando's Catford

It's ok but when you order and pay upfront you should be told if your desert/whatever you but is available or not before you pay. It's really idiotic to discover in the end "oh we're really sorry but we don't have the flavour of the ice-cream you bought. We have chocolate instead..."

Customer service is excellent, very clean, easy access to utensils, sauces, hygiene products.
Food is nice, size is a bit on the small size for platter.

We had a really nice outing/time with my sister and we were very well welcomed by Brandon who served us and he was really nice, polite and friendly it made our day. I really highly recommend him and keep up the great work.

Good food and quick service.

Was just surprised to find out that this particular branch does not accept NHS / Bluelight discount and every other branch I've visited does.

Also we asked for a pot of peri tamer to be told we couldn't have it however we have always and only 2 days earlier had it in Bromley.

I'm in Nandos first time in this particular one, Catford and I'm very disappointed with the staff and food.
Our ord came at all different times.
Part of order arrived cold when I returned it the waitress brought it back a literally dumped it at the end of table with no apology and walked off.
If you want to enjoy your meal with a bit of respect this one in Catford is not the one to ho too I'm sorry to say.

As a Nando’s goes this is a great one. Food came quickly even thought it was quite busy they had enough sauce bottles , cutlery and napkins which has been a issue at other locations… Staff are very nice and friendly and the table is very clean.

One of my favourite Nando’s I have been to, the lady seated us quickly and food was ready for us in only 10 minutes.
However part of the order was wrong, as I asked for 2 peri salted chips and 2 plain, but they gave me 4 peri. It wasn’t that bad however they should remember orders better.

Staff are always friendly, food comes out quickly and of a high standard. Restaurant is kept very clean! Excellent Nando’s.
