Nando's Colliers Wood

First, the customer service was good, which is more than can be said about the cleanliness of the table and chairs. Needed a good clean and there were flies flying around and cobwebs on the windows (unless it was early Halloween?)...
The food, well, the chicken was cooked as though the chef was in a hurry as it tasted as though it was boiled first before being placed on the griddle plate...
Not the best meal but we had to eat so...🤷‍♂️

Ordinary experience. The attendant seemed uninterested. Didn’t ask if we had been before. We waited for over 15 minutes for someone to arrive for our orders but then realised that we have to go to the open kitchen for ordering, also don’t like the concept of serving your own drinks. Half of the machine drinks were unavailable. Our chicken pitta had a cold and sweet onion jam, didn’t like it. So overall ok place for casual dining.

New staff member serving us this time. It was Pako who was very patient and helpful. I felt stressed when ordering but he remained ever so patient. Only thing for our table that was a bit unfortunate was that the garlic bread edges were a bit hard to bite for us all, although we enjoyed today very much. Thank you so much Colliers Wood Nando’s,

The food tasted good and this Nandos is more spacious and cleaner then some of their other restaurants. I'd go again whenever I fancy Nandos.

This Nando gets pretty busy, but the food is not bad, the service is good it's clean and tidy the tables get cleared off quickly once someone left. The Atmosphere is very noisy when it's at busyness. Yet I still like eating there 🙃

Very slow service and long waiting times .The tables are quite sticky and don't feel that clean. Seating arrangements need a reshuffle. I will recommend a takeaway from here instead of sit down. The kids menu burger sauce is actually a bit spicy so beware.

Super lovely waiter, helpful (I couldn’t decide what to get)! And he was super patient with me!! Welcoming and lively, clean and had all the sauces I wanted hahaha!

An absolute joke. We got taken on a ride - more like ride to the back of a car and dragged down the road. After waiting over an hour and a half for the food it came cold and incomplete. Very strange, were you out of ingredients or lazy? Or more respectably absolutely hanging. My sunset burger was more like a mayo burger minus the sunset with an Ill looking emaciated chicken. Half the promised ingredients and missing chips. I don’t get it. Sort it out guys it’s not the bargain prices it used to be either. I’m not in Jail I’m a paying customer
