Had an amazing food experience here. This dish is completely next level.... So tasty 😋.... The staff is very friendly and polite especially Ahmad 😊. Good service guys keep it up..... Catch you soon ☺️

Excellent food, amazing staff (splly Ahmad) and reasonably priced. Loved the lamb khabsa rice . Very diversified on Lovely location highly recommended. Defo weekly for me and my friends.

This business has a history of rude staff read other reviews but tonight went beyond rude.

Avoid this place unless you want to be threatened by staff with physical assault.

My friend when he asked for hot drinks he was asked aggressively

"Are you NOT going to order food!"

So essentially this business will DEMAND you order what they want you to order.

Secondly it's 11pm at night who orders food at this time!

2. At time of payment my friend forgot his bank card pin, to make things easier I said I'll pay to make things easier.

WAIT was what the same server shouted aggressively.
He became even more aggressive when I asked about his abrupt tone.

Worse he addresses three of us in street like threatening manner "listen yeah I'm not being rude pay and get out!"

His ever increasing tone demonstrated he was ready to become physical.

Shocking! Was about to happily call the police as the situation warranted but my friends pressed me to leave it.

Do yourself a favour stay away from this dangerous place unless you like to be physically threatened.

They have the best food and services, I went with my family it's was my sister birthday and the service didn't disappoint TOP NOTCH food and the atmosphere was very nice 100% recommend

The food is ok but not the best I have had on Edgware Rd. I had lamb shawarma and a tin of cold drink for £20. The general feel is a mixture of restaurant and cafe. The waiter was short tempered upon being asked to explain the menu. Toilets were not the cleanest but not the worst I've seen in London.

It's my go to restaurant when I am in Edgware Road, portion are of good sizes, I often take half of my plate away as I can't finish everything.

I love the fresh fruits cocktail! Granted, service can take a toll when they are very busy but being a regular customer, I always get treated nicely even though my visits aren't that close. Have tried many of the dishes from their shawarma sandwich to shish taouq plate and roasted chicken and lamb shank (ghouzi) as well as the sides such as the lentil soup, chicken soup, sujook etc. Recommend them all!

The best thing when I went back today, as soon as I walked through the door, the manager asked for a fruit cocktail to be prepared🍹 I was just taken aback and positively surprised as the last time I was there was probably 3 months ago. Thank you to the great team at Palm's Palace.

Good service, starters were very nice. Mains were also very nice but the meat was slightly on the over cooked side

Terrible hygiene, such a bad experience for me and my friends who wanted to have some Arabic food in edgware road, the staff were rude and the food was tasteless and dry!!!
Imagine finding a small rat's and insects in the bathroom?!
Is that restaurant supervised by any local government?
