Such a great place. The staff in both the "To go" area and the "Dining area" were splendid, very considerat of vegetarians too, professional and very welcoming.
The portions are absolutely great in general, not to mention for the price and the location. We were able to order Brunch at 4 in the afternoon aswell which is rare.
The coffee is great, the drinks splendid, I honestly have no complaints whatsoever about this place, only praises!
both sides of the establishment are worth your time and money so, I highly, highly recommend it👏🏻

It's a 4 star for food but the service from the staff is lacking. I have been to La Pain before but in New York and have had a good experience. I ate at this La Pain two times in a row and it's not the best service wise. The second time me and my wife were there we got seated and we even got reseated just so we could get a window seat, this was very nice of them to do. Then the trouble started, we got the menu and they took our order but then we think they forgot about us. After a while (30 minutes) my wife saw that one of the staff was acting a bit nervous. And then they started to bring out food as they got completed. It was obvious that nothing was planned after this..

If you make a mistake it's better to speak to the customer, everyone makes mistakes sometimes. But to act like everything is as it should be is not alright In my book.. man up next time and learn from the mistakes.

I very much enjoyed my experience here

I was seated by a friendly smiling lady.
The place was busy, with a nice atmosphere.

I had the vegan salad. It was really great. Super fresh ingredients, great combinations and nicely presented. There was plenty on the plate too, which can sometimes be disappointing when you order a salad.

Definitely would go back 🤟

I had a couple of dessert dishes there, although they have nice variety, the desserts lacked the much required sweetness. I felt they were bland and almost tasteless. These service was bad as we struggled to sit, order and then even pay. The location is very crowded either by tourists visiting nearby attractions, pedestrians or customers. Don’t expect to have a quiet and relaxing time here

Went here for a quick lunch and it was great! Not only did the food taste absolutely delicious, the staff were committed to great service. I was served by Felix and he was very friendly and worked fast. Would definitely love to come back! ❤

This is the worst breakfast I had in London. The sourdough was so hard, the egg wasn’t seasoned, and the avocado was not fully riped. The hot chocolate was tasteless, it tastes like water and sugar. We paid 34£ but it’s not worth it

We went for breakfast, and the experience was pretty good. They had a 15-minute wait time for us to be seated. Once seated, we enjoyed our meal. We did have to flag down other servers for assistance, but they were helpful.

Le Pain Quotidien is a bakery, takeaway and restaurant near to the V&A Museum. Visited Sunday lunch time so very busy. Queues for takeaway and restaurant. Our takeaway drinks were not good, quickly made without care. Takeaway food was ok. Something in my baguette made my lip swell up!. Expensive prices for takeaway.
