Swirly Joe's Desserts

The wait was honestly too long. Probably waited 30 minutes for 2 desserts. The chefs kept shouting service like every 5 seconds until the young server came to pick up the food, it made everyone in the cafe look over to the kitchen, like, hello, could you be a bit more professional, we’re having conversations. It was really distracting and rude. I’m sure there are other ways this can be handled other than shouting at the whole restaurant.
Decor was nice.
My cookie dough was good, ice cream was alright.

Great desserts, good prices. The staff are very friendly and very courteous.

Absolutely love this place. Best dessert and customer service ever. Really like the manager (daughter) but Absolutely adore the boss (mum). They work well together and are so so so friendly. Good variety of snacks, great atmosphere, suitable for couples, families or groups. Very chilled placed and well decorated

Even with Covid restrictions in place you were welcomed nothing was to much trouble, excellent customer service and also felt safe with the covid restrictions in place. Made me feel like a little kid again with all the different desserts they do!! If you haven't been you should go!! You wont be disappointed!! There milkshakes are insane thats like a meal in itself haha!! The Waffles are actually hot/warm like you would expect them to be.. Just an overall great experience thanks again 😀

Absolutely delicious! Good amount of toppings, very tasty, quick service, extensive menu!, lovely service. This was my first visit and I will go back.

The creme on this waffle was just amazing, definitely worth a try. Friendly staff and good service. Not much variety to the menu but it has the basics of a dessert house.

Visited for daughters birthday, there was quite a few of us... Fast, friendly service and food was fab!! Very reasonable prices!
