K2 Kebab & Grill

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Firstly, the food got delivered after an hour and a half. Secondly, they got my order for burgers wrong and drinks were missing for some of the meals. I called K2 kebabs and spoke to the owner who said he was coming to the area so would deliver the missing drinks but was a no-show for over half hour. Disgusting customer service as I called back and spoke to the owner again who was clearly still in the shop and had no intention of delivering the drinks. He got a bit arrogant saying they're very busy which is no excuse for bad customer service and no effort was made to compensate for their mistake. I've ordered from these guys for years but this was definitely my last order.

This is Chicken it’s worst I ever had .. it’s very bad test .. not fresh at all .. oil smell it’s very bad .. we couldn’t eat all .. I call to the restaurant the lady answered.. I told it’s very bad for customer.. you guys need to check .. but they told that’s how they sell food .. rude cut the phone .. me.. my family or friends never go this shop again .. people think it’s joke with health..

Worse food I've had.
The half chicken was cold.
The naan roti was not made well.
The chips were okay.

I sent my 14 year old son to get chips. SFC was closed so he called me and I told him to try this place. He walked and asked them do you sell Fat Chips or Fries they told him Fries so he ordered 4 large portions.

Little did we know this shop is full of LIERS who defrauded a 14 year old out of his money they should be ashamed of themselves. Clearly they do not sell Fries but Fat Chips and to make it worse all four portions are undercooked.

I will never go to this place again and I will actively advise people not to as well. All my friends family and even strangers on the internet if it was possible I would have given 1star.

I really hope you lot close down.

Went in after school the new management there is super nice and accommodating, food is warm and good. Would recommend 100%.

the woman who works there does not understand English well, I ordered one large lamb donner kebab and one small instead I got one lamb donner kebab and the other I got in parts, i.e. meat in one box in the other a salad.I returned with the whole order, I did not get along with her and at the end I got one big box of dry meat and a piece of naan bread separately. Just in case if you want to order anything make sure this woman understand what you order. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely awful,the guy was just eating and smelled like cigarette,just to get chicken and chips took 30hours
