Best pizza shop in hayes. Amazing staff, polite and very friendly, couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience at all. Pizzas are always cooked to perfection ❤️

The best pizza in town!!! Whether you get thin crust or deep pan, the base is not greasy at all. You can tell that it is freshly made in-house. They go above & beyond to ensure they deliver the best pizza. Super tasty. We get pizza at least once a month and we always make sure we get it from door-2-door pizza.

Don't waste your time and hard earned money. I rarely leave reviews, but hopefully I can save some people the hassle and their money.

Twice I've ordered, once for delivery and another for collection.

Delivery was over 40mins late and was missing an item. I was told it would take over an hour to deliver the item and a refund wasn't an option! It sounded like I was talking to a 14 year old girl with no customer service experience or understanding.

I wrote that bad experience off and tried to order for collection two months later. This time I'm greeted by a very young boy who informs me all offers are invalid despite what Google, their own website and even the pricing on their in-store menu says. I hung up.

There are better independent shops who deserve your support and money. Amore, Hot House and others to name a few who are local and provide a better service.

Spend wisely and don't support below par service.

Horrific service with rude and incompetent staff. The boy with the bushy hair served all his mates before he served me. Pizza was left out for 40 minutes and I had to ask for him to give me the pizza along with the food. He said 15 minutes however I sat there for an hour waiting! Please do not waste your time and order elsewhere absolutely horrified by this experience. Pizza was cold by the time I ate it

Absoulte poor service
I ordered a pizza through just eat using a student discount code with £15 off my order and the owner brought the pizza to my house and didn't give us our order as he was not willing to sell if purchased using an offer code. They shouldn't have accepted our order in the first place.

Absolutely fantastic experience.
A variety of options and fresh ingredients always.
Never disappointed with the taste and quality!
Highly recommend!!!

50/50 chance if the pizza is going to be good or dry I suppose it depends on what shift you come in collection order recommended
